Senior Manager, Insurance Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Insurance Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the insurance plan portfolio, including benefit designs, pricing, and annual updates
• Work with analytics teams to develop frameworks for measuring product performance and building KPIs
• Lead insurance portfolio planning, collaborating cross-functionally to design and implement new insurance plans

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance product management, specifically for health plans
• 5+ years of experience in the health insurance sector, preferably in the commercial segment
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional alignment with various stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• Experience with small group level-funded insurance products is a plus
