• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to prioritize product enhancements within the insurance space

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in health insurance product management or related fields
• Experience in building or maturing product management processes and governance frameworks
• Familiarity with the health insurance product lifecycle, including regulatory and benefit design considerations
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across various stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MPH preferred
