Job Summary
Leading global seasonal integrated marketing plans, the full-time Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing will drive brand demand and deliver a connected consumer journey for HOKA's Apparel and Accessories business in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the global integrated marketing strategy for seasonal stories, product launches, and brand moments
- Author creative and channel briefs; lead cross-functional briefings with internal and agency partners
- Drive alignment across various teams and establish global-to-local ways of working for effective execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8-10+ years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing roles within consumer goods
- Minimum of 4 years of experience marketing apparel and accessories
- Proven experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels and markets
- People leadership experience with a track record of developing talent and building team capability
