Senior Manager, Integrations Consulting

Job Summary

Leading a highly technical team, the full-time Senior Manager, Integrations Consulting will oversee the technical delivery and strategic direction of the Technical Consulting practice, focusing on designing and maintaining bespoke integrations while driving AI adoption and establishing best practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale a Technical Consulting team responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex integrations using iPaaS tools
• Drive AI adoption to automate workflows and enhance team efficiency in response to customer demand
• Establish technical standards and guide the team's decision-making regarding build-versus-buy and partner-versus-internal strategies

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integrations-focused implementation roles in a B2B SaaS environment
• 3+ years of experience in people management
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato or Kombo
• Proven track record of shipping integrations at scale
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field is preferred
