Job Summary
To enhance the capabilities of the Internal Audit Group, the full-time Senior Manager, Internal Audit will design, develop, and facilitate comprehensive training programs for audit methodology, collaborating with stakeholders to support audit excellence and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual training plan by analyzing training needs and skill gaps within the Internal Audit Group
- Design and facilitate onboarding and audit-related training curricula for auditors across various career levels
- Evaluate program outcomes and leverage learning analytics to continuously improve training content and engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, internal audit, or related functions
- Thorough knowledge of internal audit methodologies and experience managing complex programs
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation design, with strong training and facilitation skills
