Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies that engage and align employees with the company's brand and initiatives
- Oversee employer brand storytelling and manage culture content showcasing the company's values and innovation
- Support the execution of company events and manage vendor relationships related to event planning
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or corporate communications
- 2+ years of people management experience, including mentoring and team development
- Experience with crisis communications and supporting executive leadership
- Strong background in social media content creation and employee advocacy programs
- Experience in communication planning and project management for corporate events
