Job Summary

Leading the internal communications strategy, the full-time Senior Manager, Internal Communications will define and operationalize the internal voice while partnering with executive leadership to ensure effective employee communications in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the internal communications strategy across various channels and audiences
• Shape and operationalize a consistent internal voice and narrative for employee communications
• Lead internal executive communications and manage messaging for high-visibility company announcements

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in internal or employee communications
• Proven ability to set strategy and execute independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong experience in executive communications, including advising senior leaders
• Experience leading communications for high-stakes or high-visibility moments
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a strong sense of voice and tone
