Senior Manager, Internal Communications

Job Summary

To enhance team engagement and communication, the full-time salaried Senior Manager, Internal Communications will develop and implement strategies, manage internal communication channels, and support company-wide events while collaborating with leadership and HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an internal communications strategy aligned with company goals and values
• Manage the internal communications calendar and create compelling content for various channels
• Collaborate on and support the execution of virtual and in-person company events

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in internal or employee communications, preferably in sports or live entertainment
• Proven success in creating and executing communication strategies for complex organizations
• Strong strategic and creative thinking skills to translate business objectives into communications
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
