Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager International Innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, implement, and own international innovation strategy
• Translate external consumer and competitive insights into growth-driving platforms
• Manage and deliver the 3-year Innovation pipelines and commercialize key multi-market platforms

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• 6+ years of experience in a leading CPG/FMCG company, with 3+ years in innovation
• Experience in brand building and marketing fundamentals
• Familiarity with innovation strategy development and project commercialization processes
• Comprehensive understanding of financial metrics and P&L fundamentals
