Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the go-to-market EMEA strategy to establish scalable growth
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives

Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience
- Experience building or scaling sales teams in EMEA, particularly in early-stage expansion
- Strong understanding of European market dynamics and regional differences
- Proven ability to operationalize a repeatable sales motion
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and sales operations best practices
