Senior Manager, Investment Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Investment Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and audit complex financial models for tax equity transactions
• Prepare investment materials for the Investment Committee, including transaction economics and risk analyses
• Collaborate on transaction structuring, execution, and negotiations with senior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in renewable energy or structured finance, with tax equity modeling experience
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build complex partnership models; VBA or Python skills are a plus
• Strong understanding of tax equity structures and familiarity with IRS requirements preferred
• FINRA SIE, Series 79 and 63 required or willingness to obtain under broker-dealer sponsorship
