Senior Manager Investor Relations

Job Summary

Managing the quarterly earnings process, the full-time Senior Manager, Investor Relations will coordinate cross-functional inputs, draft earnings materials, and build core investor relations infrastructure in a remote role based within the Pacific Time Zone.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end coordination of the quarterly earnings process, including timelines and checklists
• Draft and refine earnings materials such as press releases, earnings decks, and CEO/CFO scripts
• Build and maintain investor relations infrastructure, including investor decks and reporting templates

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience (or a Master's degree with 6+ years)
• Extensive knowledge of investor relations and related functions, with the ability to solve complex problems independently
• Strong financial and analytical skills, particularly in financial statement analysis and public-company disclosure practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive projects independently
• High degree of discretion in handling confidential and material non-public information
