Job Summary

Overseeing end-to-end invoice processing for strategic suppliers, the full-time FLEX Senior Manager, Invoice Operations will ensure accuracy and efficiency while managing vendor performance, resolving complex issues, and analyzing invoice data to reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor invoice processing to comply with internal policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements
• Analyze invoice data to identify cost-reduction opportunities and renegotiate supplier terms
• Strengthen controls to mitigate risks of fraud, duplicate payments, and non-compliance

Required Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or procurement operations
