Senior Manager IT - Arizona Licensed

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and engineering delivery of enterprise collaboration and content platforms, the remote Senior Manager IT - Arizona Licensed will manage a high-performing team focused on Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring secure and compliant collaboration experiences while partnering with various organizational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team while setting clear vision and measurable outcomes aligned with enterprise strategy
• Own the engineering and lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
• Establish enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and implement compliance controls in partnership with Cybersecurity and Legal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in applications development, analysis, or engineering, or a High School Diploma with 12 years of relevant experience
• 5-7 years of experience with M365 and SaaS collaboration solutions
• 3-5 years of experience managing a digital workplace team, preferably in the financial industry
• 1-3 years of experience in an Agile delivery environment
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards, such as the FFIEC Architecture, Infrastructure, and Operations Book
