Senior Manager, IT Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Global Technical Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide a technical team to deliver new capabilities and optimize existing applications
• Manage the end-to-end delivery, stability, and strategic development of SAP Basis and DBA services
• Oversee third-party service providers and ensure compliance with required standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in IT, including supervisory responsibilities and project management
• Expert knowledge of systems development life cycle (SDLC)
• Strong understanding of business processes and strategic thinking capability
• Experience in global or regional SAP Basis and DBA projects is preferred
