Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT End User Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals for Tier 1 IT support and application administration
  • Optimize IT service desk, oversee IT support services, and collaborate with application owners for efficient operations
  • Develop and deliver end user training programs to enhance IT literacy and self-sufficiency

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of people management experience in IT support and application administration
  • 7+ years of IT experience including service desk experience
  • Experience within a MacOS environment
  • Proficiency in managing and configuring business applications
