Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure Delivery Management and Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure delivery and oversee data center operations to ensure reliability and performance
• Strengthen service management practices and ensure operational compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop and support teams while managing financials and performance for optimized service quality

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related degree
• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in IT operations or related fields
• Five (5) years of previous supervisory experience
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Knowledge of distributed and/or mainframe environments and network architecture preferred
