Job Summary

Leading enterprise ITSM and DevOps initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, IT Operations will oversee operational platforms, drive modernization and automation efforts, and enhance service reliability across infrastructure and application teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across ITSM operations and DevOps tooling capabilities
• Set operational priorities and drive continuous improvement while fostering cross-functional collaboration
• Oversee ITSM processes and modernize operations through automation and workflow optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 9-12+ years of relevant experience in IT operations, ITSM, or DevOps
• Proven leadership experience managing IT operations or DevOps teams
• Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices
• Experience in driving automation and improving operational efficiency at scale
