Senior Manager, IT Projects

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Projects and Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver complex, enterprise-wide technology projects and multi-project programs
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including charters, timelines, and resource allocation
• Lead and supervise a team of Project Managers and Project Analysts, providing coaching and performance evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree with four (4) years of Program Management experience or Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of experience
• Experience in leading IT teams in delivering projects in a regulated industry
• Demonstrated ability in delivering large-scale IT transformation initiatives
• Project Management certification such as PMP or PgMP is preferred
• Must reside within North Carolina and have a valid driver's license
