Senior Manager, IT Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of IT - Identity & Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of IAM engineers and analysts on identity lifecycle automation and security
• Serve as the technical authority on IAM, overseeing complex integrations and migrations to modern platforms
• Develop and enforce IAM policies while managing team budgets and project portfolios

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IAM engineering or related IT/security functions
• Demonstrated leadership with hands-on experience in identity platform migrations
• Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and enterprise IAM/IAG platforms
• Strong understanding of security standards and frameworks
• Experience with hybrid IAM and public cloud identity management
