Senior Manager, Leadership Communication

Job Summary

To support the rollout of a new leadership framework, the full-time Senior Manager, Leadership Communication will develop and implement strategic communication plans and change management initiatives while working remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Developing a strategic communication plan to integrate the JD Power Leadership Framework and shape organizational culture
• Creating values-focused communication strategies and supporting materials to reinforce company values enterprise-wide
• Managing communication timelines, key messages, and content creation for Transformation Project initiatives

Required qualifications

• Expertise in leadership and organizational communication relevant to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation and change management initiatives
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent writing and strategic communication planning abilities
• Collaborative mindset with effective interpersonal skills
