Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead leadership development programs and targeted development pathways
• Lead initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities in critical performance areas
• Supervise a team of learning professionals and manage external learning vendors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development or organizational development
• Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate capability data into recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Solid knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
