Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead leadership development programs and targeted development pathways
- Lead initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities in critical performance areas
- Supervise a team of learning professionals and manage external learning vendors
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development or organizational development
- Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate capability data into recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Solid knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
