Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Leadership & Organizational Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead organizational leadership development programs and translate talent review insights into development pathways
  • Lead initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities in critical areas and represent People and Culture in governance discussions
  • Supervise a small team of learning professionals and manage external vendors and learning tools
Required Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of experience in learning and development or organizational development
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate capability data into recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Working understanding of talent management processes, including succession planning
