Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Leadership & Organizational Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead organizational leadership development programs and translate talent review insights into development pathways
- Lead initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities in critical areas and represent People and Culture in governance discussions
- Supervise a small team of learning professionals and manage external vendors and learning tools
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in learning and development or organizational development
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate capability data into recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Working understanding of talent management processes, including succession planning
