Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Learning and Experience Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve learning experience design vision and strategy, translating it into a prioritized roadmap
- Oversee the LXD lifecycle and ensure consistent delivery quality of learning assets
- Establish frameworks for measuring program effectiveness and implement innovative tools for enhanced engagement
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10+ years in learning experience design or enablement with leadership experience
- Expertise in LXD methodologies and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to operationalize design processes and implement measurement frameworks
- Familiarity with learning systems and modern LXD toolsets
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and ability to influence across levels
