Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Learning and Experience Design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve learning experience design vision and strategy, translating it into a prioritized roadmap
  • Oversee the LXD lifecycle and ensure consistent delivery quality of learning assets
  • Establish frameworks for measuring program effectiveness and implement innovative tools for enhanced engagement


Required Qualifications
  • 7 to 10+ years in learning experience design or enablement with leadership experience
  • Expertise in LXD methodologies and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to operationalize design processes and implement measurement frameworks
  • Familiarity with learning systems and modern LXD toolsets
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and ability to influence across levels
