Senior Manager, Learning Design

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Learning Design will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative learning experiences for the GTM organization in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the learning experience design vision and strategy, translating it into a prioritized roadmap that drives GTM objectives
• Oversee the entire learning experience design lifecycle, ensuring consistent delivery quality and governance of learning assets
• Establish frameworks to measure program effectiveness and implement innovative tools and modalities to enhance engagement

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in learning experience design, enablement, or related fields with progressive leadership responsibility
• Expertise in learning experience design methodologies and proven success in leading multi-modal programs for B2B/SaaS audiences
• Demonstrated ability to operationalize design processes and implement robust measurement frameworks
• Familiarity with learning systems and modern learning experience design toolsets, including AI-enabled capabilities
• Proven track record of integrating new technologies to enhance workflows and problem-solving
