Job Summary
To support clinical and enterprise learning initiatives, the full-time hybrid Senior Manager, Learning & Development will design and implement training programs, manage LMS content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workforce readiness and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement training programs, focusing on clinical onboarding and enterprise needs
- Manage LMS content and structure, ensuring alignment with organizational training expectations
- Partner with various departments to identify training needs and support the rollout of new workflows and processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of experience in training, learning & development, clinical education, or clinical operations
- Demonstrated experience building training programs and onboarding materials from scratch
- Experience translating workflows into structured training materials
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, including content management
