Senior Manager, Learning Enablement

Job Summary

Leading a team of blended learning developers, the remote Senior Manager, Learning Enablement will define and execute the learning strategy for Tekion's services organization and partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business outcomes while managing scalable enablement programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the services enablement learning strategy across internal teams and partners
• Manage and mentor a team to deliver impactful learning solutions and scalable onboarding content
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to ensure learning programs meet performance needs

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in partner and professional services enablement
• 3+ years of experience managing learning teams with a focus on team development
• Deep expertise in learning strategy and adult education methodologies
• Proven success in developing and scaling enablement programs in high-growth environments
• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
