Senior Manager, Learning & Enablement

Job Summary

Leading a global team, the full-time Senior Manager, Learning & Enablement will develop scalable learning solutions, manage talent development priorities, and enhance organizational capabilities in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of learning and enablement professionals while translating business priorities into actionable goals
• Define and advance enterprise learning strategies, ensuring alignment and consistency across functional enablement teams
• Oversee enablement for enterprise transformation initiatives, guiding the development of integrated strategies and measuring success

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or related fields
• 2+ years of direct people-management experience, preferably in a global context
• Proven experience leading complex learning initiatives in a matrixed organization
• Strong background in learning strategy, performance consulting, and program management
• Experience in establishing scalable learning processes and tools
