• Oversee eLearning platforms and training coordination, ensuring quality and accessibility of learning resources
• Manage performance evaluations and succession planning processes in Workday, ensuring data integrity and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in learning operations, HR operations, or Enterprise Systems Administration
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex operations
• Strong skills in systems thinking, process design, and operational governance
• Must be at least 18 years of age
