Job Summary

Leading the facilitation and evolution of enterprise training programs, the full-time Senior Manager, Learning Programs will design and deliver high-impact learning experiences while ensuring alignment with operational standards in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the lead facilitator for enterprise and leadership training programs, delivering engaging learning experiences
  • Own the structure and evolution of learning programs, defining learning journeys aligned with business priorities
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure programs reinforce operational standards and drive adoption of new behaviors
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields, with strong facilitation experience for leadership audiences
  • Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale learning programs across distributed organizations
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels
  • Ability to balance strategic program ownership with hands-on facilitation and execution
