Senior Manager, Legal Compliance

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and solutions-minded legal professional, the full-time Senior Manager, Legal Compliance will manage contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance monitoring while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and analyze a broad range of technology-based contracts and services
• Monitor compliance with internal business and legal processes, escalating issues as necessary
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify regulatory issues and communicate business impacts effectively

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with complex contract agreements
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree preferred, with active bar admission in at least one state preferred
• Prior technology-based experience and familiarity with intellectual property law
• Exposure to data privacy issues with the ability to issue spot
• Strong organizational skills to balance multiple projects and priorities
