Senior Manager, Legal Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Legal Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end contract process, from intake through negotiation to final execution
• Review, draft, and redline various agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, and SPAs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve business and commercial terms and track contract status for timely execution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related role
• Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, vendor/customer contracts)
• Solid understanding of key legal and commercial terms (liability, indemnity, payment terms, SLAs)
• Bachelor's degree required; JD or paralegal certification is a plus but not required
• Experience with contract management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM) is a plus
