Senior Manager, Legal Operations
Job Summary
To build and lead the legal operations function, the full-time Senior Manager, Legal Operations will implement contract lifecycle management and governance, risk, and compliance platforms, design efficient processes, and establish robust policy management and training systems, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the selection, implementation, and rollout of contract lifecycle management and GRC platforms
- Design and document streamlined processes for contract management and policy adherence
- Establish a comprehensive policy management process and support compliance training initiatives
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with CLM implementation or comparable enterprise systems rollout
- Working knowledge of GRC or privacy platforms such as OneTrust or similar
- Proven ability to create and document processes effectively
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft 365
- Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
