Senior Manager, Licensing and Credentialing

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth company, the full-time Senior Manager, Licensing and Credentialing will oversee the licensing and credentialing program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely credentialing of clinicians while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive licensing and credentialing program to meet business growth goals
• Manage the delegated credentialing function, ensuring compliance with NCQA standards and payer requirements
• Act as the primary liaison between credentialing vendors and clinicians, facilitating communication and resolving issues

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in licensing and credentialing, preferably in mental health or behavioral health
• Direct experience managing delegated credentialing programs and multi-state licensing requirements
• Experience in a telehealth or multi-state provider environment is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred
• Proficiency in credentialing and provider data management software
