A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Operations & Insights for their Life Sciences business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product operations and forecasting using Salesforce reports and data analysis tools
• Build and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional global teams
• Guide product and marketing leaders through new product introduction processes and track solution success

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred but not required
• 8+ years of experience in business operations or management consulting
• Strong understanding of enterprise software company operations
• Expertise in spreadsheet modeling for pipeline analysis and scenario planning
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions
