Senior Manager - Lifecycle Marketing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Lifecycle Marketing & CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client relationships and develop acquisition and retention strategies
• Own the email production workflow and ensure alignment with marketing goals
• Analyze performance data and present insights and recommendations to clients

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of email marketing experience in the e-commerce industry
• Advanced experience with campaign management tools, primarily Klaviyo
• 2+ years of agency experience and client relationship management
• Experience in building and managing subscription and loyalty programs
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
