Job Summary

Leading lifecycle strategy for a portfolio of fast-growing DTC brands, the full-time Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing will manage key client relationships and oversee acquisition and retention strategies across email, SMS, loyalty, referral, and subscription programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute omni-channel acquisition and retention strategies that align with client KPIs
  • Own the full email production workflow, ensuring cohesion across channels and high standards of execution
  • Analyze performance data to identify insights and present actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of email marketing experience in the e-commerce industry
  • Advanced experience with campaign management tools, primarily Klaviyo
  • 2+ years of agency experience and client relationship management
  • Experience building and managing subscription and loyalty programs
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment
