Job Summary
Managing lifecycle marketing programs for a portfolio of clients, the full-time Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing will develop, launch, and optimize strategies across email, SMS, and other channels to enhance customer engagement and retention in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Overseeing the execution of customer journey strategies focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Designing and optimizing automated lifecycle campaigns, including welcome, nurture, and win-back programs
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights to clients through regular reporting and performance discussions
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation with relevant platforms
- Proven expertise in executing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs across the customer journey
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies
- Experience with web analytics tools and setting up UTM tracking
- Ability to manage client relationships and present campaign performance effectively
