Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time salaried Senior Manager Lifecycle Marketing opportunity focused on designing and executing customer lifecycle programs to enhance engagement and retention across both consumer and business segments.
Key responsibilities
- Own lifecycle strategy and execution across various channels, including email, in-app, push, and SMS
- Develop customer segmentation and behavioral triggers in collaboration with Data/BI to optimize messaging
- Establish a rigorous test-and-learn practice to measure and improve lifecycle KPIs
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Proven track record of building successful lifecycle programs and improving core metrics
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on designing and measuring experiments
- Experience in both consumer and B2B marketing environments
