Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle strategy for key customer journeys from first engagement through long-term retention across all channels
- Define scalable lifecycle frameworks, journey maps, and messaging strategies applicable across various channels
- Analyze lifecycle performance and lead experimentation efforts to optimize channel mix and messaging
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle strategy, growth marketing, or CRM across multiple channels
- Experience designing and scaling multi-channel lifecycle strategies in complex product ecosystems
- Strong background in lifecycle measurement, experimentation, and optimization methodologies
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and personalization platforms
- BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
