Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own lifecycle strategy for key customer journeys from first engagement through long-term retention across all channels
  • Define scalable lifecycle frameworks, journey maps, and messaging strategies applicable across various channels
  • Analyze lifecycle performance and lead experimentation efforts to optimize channel mix and messaging
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle strategy, growth marketing, or CRM across multiple channels
  • Experience designing and scaling multi-channel lifecycle strategies in complex product ecosystems
  • Strong background in lifecycle measurement, experimentation, and optimization methodologies
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and personalization platforms
  • BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
