Senior Manager, Lounge Operations

Job Summary

Leading the implementation of strategic operational initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Lounge Operations will partner with various teams to drive network-wide operational improvements and manage change across the global Centurion Lounge network.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Lounge Operations and Product teams to shape and implement operational strategies across the network
• Lead the execution of new Centurion Lounge programs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective governance
• Develop change management strategies to enhance organizational readiness and adoption of new initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
• Experience in process design, operational optimization, or business transformation
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results
• Experience in hospitality, travel, customer experience, or operations is preferred
