Job Summary

Leading the implementation of strategic operational initiatives across the global Centurion Lounge network, the full-time Senior Manager, Lounge Operations will partner with various teams to drive operational improvements and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Lounge Operations and Product teams to shape implementation strategies and drive network-wide operational initiatives
• Lead the implementation of new and ongoing Centurion Lounge programs, ensuring consistent execution and stakeholder alignment
• Develop and execute change management strategies that promote organizational readiness and adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
• Experience in process design, operational optimization, or operating model transformation
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results
• Experience leading organizational change or business transformation
