Job Summary
Driving the development of a comprehensive loyalty strategy for Savings and Checking, the full-time Senior Manager, Loyalty Strategy will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and balance growth while managing a high-performing direct report.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the multi-year loyalty strategy, translating it into a sequenced roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead the development of loyalty incentive offers, creating a robust test-and-learn plan to measure business impact
- Partner with Marketing and stakeholders to activate campaigns and optimize targeting for loyalty initiatives
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and executing end-to-end strategies in ambiguous environments
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with a track record of building collaborative narratives
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
