Senior Manager, M&A Finance

Job Summary

To support a growing M&A pipeline, the full-time remote Senior Manager, M&A Finance will manage financial workstreams for acquisition and joint venture activities, conducting due diligence, building financial models, and preparing deliverables for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead financial due diligence on acquisition and de novo targets, including EBITDA analysis and revenue cycle diligence
• Build and maintain acquisition and forecast models for reporting purposes
• Prepare buyer- and sponsor-facing deliverables and manage relationships with external diligence providers

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development/M&A
• Proven ability to independently build financial models from raw data
• Strong Excel skills for creating diligence workbooks
• Experience operating autonomously in a lean finance team environment
• Familiarity with healthcare services or joint venture structures is preferred
