Senior Manager, M&A Integration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - M&A Integration Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage a scalable M&A integration playbook and governance frameworks
• Lead integration program offices and track milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Act as the primary point of contact for third-party integration consultants

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in program/project management, strategy & operations, or management consulting
• Proven experience leading M&A integration programs or Integration Management Offices (IMO)
• Strong experience working across cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent executive presentation skills
