Senior Manager, M&A Integration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, M&A Integration Lead to oversee M&A integration efforts within a global SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the M&A integration playbook for a repeatable framework from pre-close to steady-state
• Lead the integration operating model management, including governance, decision rights, and success metrics
• Coordinate with external consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams for post-acquisition integration activities

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in program/project management, strategy & operations, or management consulting with M&A integration exposure
• Proven experience building and managing integration PMOs in enterprise SaaS or technology organizations
• Strong cross-functional fluency across Finance, Sales Ops, HR, and GTM
• Excellent executive presence and ability to communicate complex operational topics
• Experience designing scalable integration frameworks
