Senior Manager, M&A Program Delivery

Job Summary

Managing M&A integration delivery and Total Rewards program management, the full-time Senior Manager, M&A Program Delivery will oversee end-to-end program management for People workstreams across acquisitions and drive cross-functional TR initiatives, working remotely with a focus on building integration plans and improving operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for People workstreams during acquisitions, from due diligence to post-close
• Drive program management for cross-functional Total Rewards initiatives, including compensation cycles and policy changes
• Continuously improve M&A integration processes and TR program management infrastructure through documentation and template creation

Required qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience in program/project management, HR operations, or management consulting with M&A and Total Rewards exposure
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes programs as an individual contributor without direct reports
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, particularly Workday
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed organizations
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
