Senior Manager, Machine Learning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Machine Learning - Fraud, Waste and Abuse.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of predictive analytics and machine learning solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop use cases and deploy solutions into production
• Manage hiring, training, and performance reviews of staff while providing leadership and technical guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, including prior management experience
• Experience in fraud/waste/abuse identification and investigation preferred
• Knowledge of Home Health/Hospice and/or Behavioral Health billing preferred
• Experience with cloud computing environments, SQL, Python, and building ML/AI models preferred
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA
