Senior Manager, Machine Learning Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of machine learning engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Machine Learning Engineering will guide the development of machine learning capabilities for the Ad Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of machine learning engineers for business-critical Ad Platform systems
• Translate product and technical strategy into measurable quarterly and annual roadmaps
• Guide the development of ML solutions for ad ranking, targeting, bidding, and optimization

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or a related field, including 2+ years in a management role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong technical background in building and operating production machine learning systems at scale
• Experience translating business objectives into technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Proficiency with Python and SQL, and experience with modern machine learning frameworks and cloud-based systems
