Senior Manager, Mainframe Architecture
Job Summary
Leading complex mainframe solution design and delivery initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Mainframe Architecture will drive strategic architecture for modernization and integration projects while engaging with clients remotely across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee cross-solution impact assessments for mainframe solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business requirements
- Engage proactively with client stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into logical process flows for mainframe applications
- Maintain and enhance the roadmap for client mainframe solutions, defining project scopes and monitoring implementation progress against SLAs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in technical roles, with at least 3 years in architect or senior technical leadership positions
- Hands-on experience with mainframe platforms such as z/OS, CICS, IMS, and DB2 for a minimum of 5 years
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships in an external client-facing environment for at least 5 years
- Demonstrated expertise in mainframe modernization and hybrid integration solutions
- Strong knowledge of Ensono Delivery Methodology and mainframe service offerings
